The Contract is for the provision of Risk Avoidance and Danger Awareness scenario spaces with associated offices and welfare facilities to an existing Industrial Unit at 22 Heron Road, Belfast. •The proposed work involves the creation of the Northern Ireland Safety & Lifeskills Education Facility at 22 Heron Road, Belfast to comprise the fitting out of the existing building with a new first floor structure to create offices and the formation of offices and associated accommodation throughout ground floor level. The work will comprise new internal walls, floor finishes, suspended and structural ceilings, new doors and the creation of scenario spaces. New M&E Installations will be provided throughout the building.
