Tender description
The Contracting Authority is looking to appoint a single Economic Operator (Contractor) for the provision of Generator Planned Preventative Maintenance & Reactive Maintenance across the PSNI Estate utilising an NEC3 Term Service Contract. The Economic Operator will be responsible for the maintenance of both approximately 134 standby and 37 embedded generators varying in capacity from 3.5kva up to 1000kva throughout the PSNI Estate. The service shall be made available 24 hours per day and 365 days per year (including all weekends and holiday periods). Any electrical works in connection with generator maintenance services must be undertaken by a company holding a valid NICEIC/ECA or equivalent accreditation.
