Tender description

The University has a requirement for the supply, installation, training and support of an External Quantum Efficiency (EQE) Measurement system. Key features of the specification includes the following:- • Computer controlled system with software included • Spectral wavelength range from 280 nm to 1800 nm with corresponding reference cell/s • Variable frequency chopper wheel (frequency down to 1 Hz) • Banana connectors to home-made test cell • Low current measurements < 1 microampere • Light bias availability • Voltage bias availability (+/- 10 V) • Banana connectors for cell connections • External quantum efficiency measurement capability • Absolute quantum efficiency measurements (e.g. by over illumination) • Internal quantum efficiency determination capabilities with imported reflectance data • Evaluation/measurement software
