This contract is for the Supply and Delivery of 3200 Ballot Boxes, 1300 Polling Screens and 1300 Battery Operated Lights (and Batteries) which are expected to be of sufficient quality and durability to meet the needs of future elections over tOrder and Delivery The total order of 3200 ballot boxes, 1300 polling screens and 1300 lights will be placed on award of contract (Feb 2010). EONI requires that the ballot boxes and polling screens are delivered to a location in Coleraine, Co. Londonderry by 31st March 2011. The lights (in approximately equal quantities) should be delivered to the eight Area Electoral Offices throughout N Ireland based at seven locations. It is anticipated that the orders will be placed by the 22nd February 2011. he next 20 - 25 years.
