Please note the PQQ return date and time of 1500 hours on Tuesday 17 April 2012. Translink require the services of a suitably qualified contractor to carry out works such as conducting intrusive site investigations and site specific contaminated land risk assessments in accordance with all current industry best practice and regulatory standards. These works will invariable be located in areas associated with transport infrastructure and consequently in safety critical environments. Environmental risk assessments are required to assess Translink’s environmental liabilities associated with its land portfolio and infrastructure. Translink intends to enter into a Framework Agreement with a maximum of six Economic Operators capable of providing Environmental Risk Assessment services in relation to their land portfolio and infrastructure throughout Northern Ireland The anticipated start date is Quarter 2 2012.
