Tender description

Buying Solutions as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies including but not limited to Central Government Departments and their Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies; NHS bodies and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for Environmental and Sustainability Advice, Support and Delivery Services. The requirement is divided into Lots. The Lots are as follows: Lot 1 Policy / Technical Advice (Air) Lot 2 Policy / Technical Advice (Biodiversity) Lot 3 Policy / Technical Advice (Climate Change) Lot 4 Policy / Technical Advice (Landscapes and Seascapes) Lot 5 Policy / Technical Advice (Noise and Statutory Nuisances) Lot 6 Policy / Technical Advice (Waste) Lot 7 Policy / Technical Advice (Water) Lot 8 Support / Delivery (Air) Lot 9 Support / Delivery (Biodiversity) Lot 10 Support / Delivery (Climate Change) Lot 11 Support / Delivery (Landscapes and Seascapes) Lot 12 Support / Delivery (Noise and Statutory Nuisances) Lot 13 Support / Delivery (Waste) Lot 14 Support / Delivery (Water) Lot 15 - Sustainability Lot 16 - Built Environment Lot 17 - Statistics Lot 18 - Economics The above Public Sector bodies may decide to hold an electronic reverse auction on the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement(s). The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). For the avoidance of doubt, the contracting authority points out that no weight will be attached to whether or not an economic operator is an SME in selecting economic operators to submit tenders or in assessing the most economically advantageous tender.
