Tender description

Westminster City Council acting in association with The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham (the ‘Authorities’) is seeking to appoint one or more contractors to undertake engineering inspection services across the authorities premises as more fully described in the service Specification. This procurement is being executed in lots – one for each borough. Bidders can tender for any or all lots and are invited to offer a discount for winning multiple lots. The procurement will culminate in three, separate Contracts (one for each borough) which may be with one, two or three different contractors. All the contracts must be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of contract published with the Invitation to Tender.
