Enforcement & Debt Collection Services via YPO DPS 953. Second Issue Lot 50809: Lot 1 - Council Tax, Business Rates, Sundry Debts and Former Tenant Arrears RMBC intend to award a contract to the top 2 scoring providers. The 2 providers scoring the highest marks will receive an equal share of the work. The top 2 providers will receive cases split by volume this will be carried out by rotating the referrals per court hearing and monthly performance analysis carried out by the contract manager. Lot 51156: Lot 2 - Parking The Council requires a single supplier to manage all debt recovery for parking services.
