<p>Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council is seeking an organisation (s) to deliver a scheme involving bringing empty properties back into use on an affordable rental basis within the North Thornaby Area. The Council will support this initiative by making £400,000.00 available in grant funding. The purpose of the grant is to carry out the following - Purchase empty dwellings, Improve the condition of these dwellings (to return them to an acceptable letting standard) and Return empty properties to residential use on an affordable rental basis.
