EMPLOYERS AGENT FRAMEWORK LAND, DESIGN & BUILD

Clanmil wish to procure a up to four (4) suitably qualified and experienced Employers Agent Teams to provide appropriate services in the delivery of projects sourced through Land, Design & Build Competitions throughout Northern Ireland. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT The Projects for which the Employers Agent Services are required are for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in areas of Housing Need throughout Northern Ireland by means of separate Land, Design and Build Competitions, where the Developer(s) provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the schemes(s) for Clanmil in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide; Employers Requirements and statutory body requirements. The units can be provided by one or more Developers and on multiple sites. Clanmil have already carried out a number of Land, Design and Build Competitions for regions throughout Northern Ireland including West Belfast, North Belfast and Derry City. These competitions have yielded a number of opportunities across a number of sites all at various stages of progress. Sites range from those that would yield 50 units to those in excess of 80 units.
