Tender description

The BBC is conducting a competitive procurement for the provision of Employee Related Services, covering disability access services (lot 1), relocation services (lot 2) and occupational health services (lot3). The BBC will be conducting the procurement in accordance with the competitive procedure with negotiation under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The BBC reserves the right to award on the basis of initial tenders without conducting negotiations. The contracts will have an initial term of three years from service commencement on 1 April 2016. The contracts may be extended at the BBC’s discretion by up to two years. The BBC is looking to sign the contract in December 2015 to allow for a 3-4 month transition period prior to service commencement.
