Electronic Private Patient Solution

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust wishes to implement an Electronic Private Patient solution to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of its services and ensure that private patient income is maximised for the Trust. Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has two private patient suites at Frimley Park Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital. Frimley Park’s Parkside Suite is a 38 bed private inpatient department with an additional (6 room) Outpatient Consulting Department with X-ray facility. Wexham Park’s Paragon Suite features an 18 bed inpatient ward. A “Best of Breed” Private patient billing system is required to collect data from multiple systems and to allow the Trust to independently manage and process the financial information whilst producing and manipulating data reports to meet all information requirements. It is proposed that this requirement is satisfied by an electronic private patient solution.
