Tender description
Tenders are invited for the supply of the electrical maintenance and repairs of all power and lighting circuitry, emergency light testing, fixed installation and portable appliance testing in Mid and East Antrim Borough Council buildings. Mid and East Antrim Borough Council (MEA) comprises the areas of Ballymena, Carrickfergus and Larne. This contract will be managed by the Assets and Facilities Maintenance within MEA, which is responsible for the asset management and maintenance of the buildings that fall under MEA’s remit. The current building list relating to this contract is in Appendix A of this document, but this is subject to change, the successful tenderer will be notified of any changes.
