Tender description

the PQQ for the Construction of an External Film Lot for the BBC. The original external filming lot (the Existing Lot) was constructed in 1984 by adopting the ‘traditional’ scenic build method of applying a plaster brick covering to a plywood backing, which was in turn fixed to timber bearers and a structural frame with a short term lifespan.
