Tender description
IS has established an Electronic Document and Records Management System to ensure the organisation has the capability to comply with relevant records management legislation. Phase 1 established the architecture and we are now in the process of delivering the solution to the rest of the business to include 1400 users and 1000 PC’s. At present we do not have any integration between SharePoint and Outlook which means the transfer of emails from Outlook into SharePoint 2010 is not easy, we require a method of doing this so the users experience and buy in of the system is easier and greater.
