BACKGROUND The Driver & Vehicle Agency (DVA) was created on 1st April 2007 following a merger of Driver, Vehicle Licensing Northern Ireland (DVLNI) and Driver & Vehicle Testing Agency (DVTA). Our aim is to ensure ‘safer vehicles and safer drivers’ and ‘To contribute to road safety, law enforcement and a clearer environment by promoting compliance of drivers’. Aim of the Contract To guarantee continuity of supply and secure delivery of Test Certificates which reach the security and design specification of the Driver & Vehicle Agency to enable us to deliver a quality service which meets the needs of our customers and other stakeholders.
