Project_2113/ ITT _3717 DSD- Provision of General Practice Valuation Services in relation to Phase 2 of the Foyleside Development Scheme Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department for Social Development (DSD) wishes to invite tenders for the provision of the above services. The Department requires the services to compare the total development cost of the development including grant with the market value of the completed scheme and to determine if the market value of the completed scheme exceeds its total development cost and whether clawback may be payable.
