Tender description
Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Department for Social Development wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. To help inform decisions about future discretionary Social Fund Provision, the Social Security Agency has decided to commission a research study. The SSA requires a Service Provider to identify a preferred option for delivery of the chosen replacement provision the existing system of Community Care Grants and Crisis Loans in Northern Ireland. To arrive at a conclusion in relation to a preferred option, it is expected that a range of options will be identified and evaluated in terms of advantages and disadvantages and feasibility of implementation by April 2013.
