DSD - Post Project Evaluation of the Derry City Public Realm Project

Tender description

Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client Department for Social Development wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Department for Social Development wishes to appoint a Service Provider to undertake a detailed post project evaluation of the Derry City Centre Public Realm project which was completed in November 2010. The work will involve detailed engagement with a wide range of stakeholders to include DRD Roads Service, DOE Planning Service, DSD Analytical Unit, Northern Ireland Environment Agency, Northern Ireland Water, BT, NIE, Firmus, Virgin Media, Derry City Council, City Centre Initiative, local traders, community organisations and the general public amongst others. It is also likely to involve shopper surveys, business surveys and footfall counts to support and evidence the findings contained in the report.
