Tender description

Ilex / DSD are responsible for the operation of the Vital venue. The lead promoter and programmer of events is Culture Company, a specific-purpose company established to deliver the UK City of Culture 2013 programme. Culture Company has established a year long programme of events for presentation in the Vital Venue. Tenders are now being sought for the provision of a management service for the operation of all events taking place in this venue. The successful tenderer is required to provide one member of staff ‘Venue Manager’ on-site for the duration of the contract, to co-ordinate the range of other services required to run all events in the venue.
