DSD-ILEX Provision of Specialist advice for the Ilex Investment Plan

Tender description

ILEX wish to appoint a service provider to provide additional specialist support for its in-house team covering the period October 2010 to January 2011. The successful service provider will be required to provide, specialist advice and support in the development of a comprehensive and effective investment plan to support the Regeneration Plan for the City. It will require the identification and subsequent negotiation with a wide range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors and an exploration of all available financing options including for example, maximising the return from assets in the City, funding from Government sources (including use of the Total Capital / Total Place concepts), new sources of funding e.g. Tax Incentive Funding / Accelerated Development Zones and European programmes It is envisaged that the services will require an input of an average of 2 days per week over a three month period starting in October 2010.
