DSD - Environmental Improvements to Andersontown Road, Belfast

Tender description

The project is for the provision of Environmental Improvement Works to Anderstown Road, Glen Road, Suffolk shops footpaths and associated areas. Belfast Works are expected to include, but not necessarily be limited to, new footpath surfacing and walling treatments, provision of new granite kerbing, semi mature tree planting, an upgraded lighting scheme throughout the project area, shrub planting along the embankments and new entrance features to the pedestrian routes along the road. The operation of all properties (domestic, commercial or other) serviced or accessed by the works area will need to be accommodated and disruption to users of same kept to a minimum. The contract period is envisaged to be 18 months.
