Tender description
This Project is for the sale and development of a site in the Town Centre of Lurgan. Interest is sought from bidders who have the ability not only to deliver development on the site, but to deliver a development of an appropriate nature and quality within a reasonable timescale. The preferred Economic Operator will undertake the redevelopment of the site and re-provide and ensure the future management of 176 (of which 9 are disabled) public car parking spaces.
