Tender description

This contract will involve the delivery of the client targeted exercises of the Benefit Uptake Programme. The purpose of this programme is to increase the number of clients claiming benefits which they are entitled to and subsequently the amount of benefits being paid. The Social Security Agency would like to commission a service provider to provide information, advice and assistance to clients in line with the Benefit Uptake Programme, targeting approximately 25,000 clients."
