Tender description

The scheme involves all temporary and permanent works associated with the construction of 150m of new link road including cycle and pedestrian links from Bridge Street to Solitude Park and Rathfriland Street; the resurfacing of approximately 140m’s of the existing Gospel Lane road; a Contractor led design for the provision of an approximately 60m long earth retaining structure work with an associated vehicle/ pedestrian restraint system and the extension to and provision of public park and public road decorative Street lighting columns. Other works includes landscape and ecology, granite kerbs with paving setts decorative street furniture, railings and gates. Adjustments to existing utilities plant and equipment including CCTV and accommodation works to commercial properties.
