Tender description
The works involves the construction of park and ride facilities to accommodate 658 vehicles to replace the existing P & R site. Ancillary works include a Terminal Building, drainage, kerbing, road markings, road signs, street furniture provision and landscaping. The following service utilities shall be affected by the scheme: Street Lighting, NIE, British Telecom and NI Water. There are elements of the works that are to be contractor designed.
