DRD - Supply, Delivery and Fitting of 2 Heavy Commercial Vehicle Lifts

Roads Service Direct (RSD) is a business unit within Roads Service which is part of the Department for Regional Development. RSD is the internal contractor of Roads Service, providing routine and responsive highway maintenance and traffic management services to meet the needs of Network Services within Roads Service throughout Northern Ireland. The Fleet Management Section within RSD procure, maintain and dispose of vehicles and plant (fleet items). Fleet Management internally hire the fleet items to RSD Operations. RSD Fleet Management operates seven workshops located within RSD Depots across the province. In order for the fleet to operate effectively RSD Fleet Management must have heavy vehicle lifts to service and repair the fleet items that they maintain. This arrangement is for the supply off two heavy commercial lifts as outlined in the requirements section below. All lifts supplied through this agreement shall be fit for purpose and fully compliant with all current applicable EU and UK standards.
