Central Procurement Directorate, Supplies and Services Division, on behalf of its clients, the Department for Regional Development (Road Service Consultancy) wishes to invite tenders from competent suppliers for the supply and delivery of a trailer based surface friction measuring device. The procurement process will take place via Open Competition, adhering to the UK and EU procurement regulations.
