All permanent and temporary works associated with the construction of a park and ride development with parking for 521 vehicles, a terminal building with a piled foundation, dedicated bus access, installation of new traffic signals, traffic signal alterations, highway works, bicycle stands, culvert extensions / diversions, watercourse diversions, storm attenuation systems, poor ground conditions and all associated works. There are elements of the works that are to be contractor designed.
