DRD Roads Service - Supply and Delivery of Street Lighting Equipment

Central Procurement Directorate, Supplies and Services Division (CPD), on behalf its Client, the Department for Regional Development, Road Service Direct (RSD) wishes to invite tenders for the supply and delivery of street lighting equipment. CPD anticipates establishing call-off contracts with multiple suppliers for the provision of equipment. The call-off contracts will be awarded on a per schedule basis. The procurement process will take place via Open Competition, adhering to the UK and EU procurement regulations. The anticipated award date is February 2014. The call-off contract(s) shall remain in force for two years but with the written agreement of both parties may be extended annually for a further two periods of one year each. All equipment supplied under these call-off contracts shall conform to all EU and UK standards applicable to the individual parts for the entire contract period.
