Tender description
This tender is to procure the services of an Insurance Broker to check the adequacy of insurance policies arranged by contractors who have been successful in tender competitions. Such contracts shall normally, but not always, relate to construction activities or the appointment of consultancy services. The Broker shall also provide insurance related advice to the four Departments who use these services: Department for Regional Development, Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, Department of Finance and Personnel and Northern Ireland Water. The initial contract period will be 2 years. With the agreement of both parties this may be extending annually up to a maximum contract period of 4 year.
