Tender description
The contract is for the completion of all permanent and temporary Works in connection the refurbishment of Carrickfergus Town Centre with a mix of natural stone materials, and asphalt. A section of retaining wall is to be provided and a subway is to be filled in as part of the works with provision of a new pelican crossing. Ancillary works include drainage, kerbing, road markings, road signs, street furniture provision and landscaping. The following service utilities shall be affected by the scheme: Street Lighting, NIE, British Telecom, Phoenix Gas and NI Water.
