Tender description

The reconstruction and widening of approximately 1020m of the A32 Trunk Road, located between Omagh and Enniskillen, approximately 2 Km on the western side of the village of Dromore. The road will be widened and reconstructed to a single rural road standard of 7.3m wide carriageway with 1.0 hard strips and 2.5m wide verges to either side. Associated works will include installing a drainage system, additional resurfacing of existing carriageway at the western (Enniskillen) end of the main scheme for 160m , alterations to services, erection of traffic signs and the placement of road markings. It is expected that the works will commence in late August 2011. The construction period is to be no longer than 26 weeks including holidays.
