Tender description

This Contract is known as the A2 Shore Road, Greenisland (ref. C/14/2012). This is a Design and Build contract. The works are to provide a part on-line/part off-line hybrid improvement of the A2 Shore Road from single carriageway to Dual 2-lane carriageway (D2AP) from a point approximately 250metres north of the junction with Jordanstown Road northwards for distance of 3.5 km to a point approximately 150 metres north of the junction with the access road to Seapark House on the A2 Shore Road, between Belfast and Carrickfergus. The method proposed for the delivery of this project is design and build. The contract will be based on the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract, using Option A, Priced Contract with Activity Schedule.
