Tender description
Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) on behalf of its Client, the Department for Regional Development (DRD) requires a competent ship-builder(s) (either directly or via a managing agent) to design and construct one new ferry to operate across Strangford Lough. The Department will use two ferries to provide a service across Strangford Lough – the existing MV Portaferry II and a new ro-ro ferry, which this procurement is to provide.
