Tender description
Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) on behalf of its client, the Department for Regional Development (DRD) (hereafter referred to as the ‘Client’) requires a competent ship-builder(s) (either directly or via a managing agent) to design and construct one new ferry to operate between Ballycastle and Rathlin Island.
