DRD - Legal Services for Prosecutions Under Roads Related Legislation Central Procurement Directorate on behalf of its client the Department for Regional Development (DRD), Roads Service wishes to invite tenders for the above named contract. The Department for Regional Development’s Roads Service requires a framework agreement for the provision of legal services for prosecutions to each of its four operational divisions, in relation to various roads related enforcement functions. The successful service providers will be required to provide these services to each of Roads Service’s Divisions throughout the lifetime of the agreement. The agreement will run for a period of 3 years. Roads Services operational divisions cover the following areas; Eastern Division Western Division Northern Division Southern Division It is anticipated that there will be 3 successful companies (ranked in order of price) under each of the 4 Divisions appointed to the Framework Agreement.
