Tender description

The scope of this particular consultancy commission is part of Project 1: Preferred Option Study. This commission will involve undertaking the OBC and outline design for a bus based Rapid Transit system to link the City Centre with East Belfast, West Belfast and Titanic Quarter. This will be to a standard and in sufficent detail which will allow public consultation to proceed if required as part of the statutory process. The key deliverable for this project will be to undertake a detailed OBC which should identify the preferred option for the bus based Rapid Transit system on a pilot route network.
