The properties range from multi-storey car parks, retail centres, large multi-story office blocks, bus & rail stations, engineering workshops, bus parks and railway halts which are located all over Northern Ireland. Scope: Lot 1- Roller Shutters, Gates & Traffic Barriers Within are properties there are various roller shutters, powered gates and traffic barriers which all need maintained. Translink requires a suitable contractor who can service these units and can also offer a 24/7, 365 maintenance service in case of any system failure to all its locations in N Ireland. Scope: Lot 2- Automatic and Manual Pedestrian Doors Within our properties there are various automatic and manual aluminium doors which all need maintained.
