Tender description

Doncaster CCG is looking to appoint Nursing Home providers across Doncaster for the provision of Clinical Assessment beds. The service will be to support the assessment of patients' Intermediate Care needs on being discharged from an acute hospital bed and will allow optimisation of the patient prior to the continuing healthcare assessment process. Doncaster CCG will consider geographical coverage when appointing providers and will be commissioning a maximum of 29 beds across Nursing and EMI.
