Tender description

Scope of works: • Domestic Heating (repairs, servicing and replacements – 3* model) • Mechanical Services (repairs, servicing and replacements) • Electrical Services (repairs, 5 year periodic testing and rewires also including repairs). • Lifts (repairs, servicing and refurbishments – servicing and maintenance) The objective is to procure 4 citywide contracts (Lots) that meet defined and updated specifications.
