Domestic Cleaning Brierley Hill HSCC

Tender description

Provision of a managed domestic cleaning service, cleaning of one building within the Dudley Borough for 52 weeks per annum, by a single contractor. Overall size square metres of the premises is circa 8,500. Body spills cleaning will be required and staff should be trained in the correct procedure for this task. Enhanced CRB checks for all staff are a requirement, at the cost of the contractor. Cleaning staff are required to wear uniforms and ID badges. TUPE will apply.
