Tender description

The project is for the provision of Replacement of non-compliant single skin non-bunded oil tanks with compliant self-bunded tanks. Works will comprises removing existing non-compliant tanks, demolishing bases, and parts of buildings to facilitate removing each tank. New bases and compounds will be formed to house new tanks, including provision for temporary tanks and installation and commissioning of new tanks. All pipework and electrical infrastructure is to be adapted and extended to suit the new tank and connected to the buildings BMS system to enable remote oil monitoring. All necessary building, mechanical and electrical works are to be completed in accordance with the specification and drawings, at twenty two different sites throughout Northern Ireland.
