Tender description

The Works comprise the replacement of MPHW district heating, fire and water mains at the Male Prison and at Mourne House both of which are within the confines of HMP Maghaberry. The proposed new works comprise approximately 3150 metres of district heating pipework and 4200 metres of fire and water mains pipework generally all laid together, were practical to do so, including a spare communications duct, in excavated and backfilled trenches with surface finishes made good to match existing.
