The design, supply, installation, commissioning and validation of a utilities monitoring targeting and data logging system for the Northern Ireland Prison Service. This will include an ongoing energy reduction support contract to ensure that the system delivers savings year on year. This service provision aspect is to be trialled for one year and if successful will be extended for up to ten years.
