Tender description

The Project is for the provision of a Utilities Monitoring, Targeting and Data Logging System which will satisfy the requirements of the NI Prison Service's quest for accurate usage information to facilitate a reduction in energy consumption and carbon footprint on an ongoing basis over the next fifteen years and beyond. This involves the supply, installation, commissioning and validation of new meters, hardware to interface between existing meters/new meters and the monitoring system and the monitoring system itself. The Contract will also include the provision of a bureau monitoring service for one year after completion of the works, with a possible extension for a further one year upon satisfactory performance.
