Project_2353 DOE – Review of Taxi Fares and Taxi Fare Structure Road Safety Division (RSD) within the Department of the Environment (DOE) wish to appoint a service provider to carry out a review of Taxi Fares and Taxi Fare Structure. The results of this assignment will be used to inform future policy and legislation with regards to an appropriate initial taxi fare, fare structure and methodology for the periodic review of fares. It is anticipated that this contract will be awarded in October 2010. This contract shall take effect from the date of award and must be completed by 1st July 2011.
