TENDER OPPORTUNITY Project 5011 - (DOE) NIEA Water Management Unit –Provision of Laboratory Analysis Services 2011 The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) is an Agency within the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland. The NIEA Water Management Unit (WMU) is one of the functional units within the Agency with particular responsibility for protection of the aquatic environment. WMU requires the Provision of a Laboratory Analysis Service to comply with all relevant Legislation /Regulations/EU and UK Directives/National Programmes. This service will focus on Biological and Chemical Analysis (Groundwater, Freshwater and Marine Analysis). The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 3pm on Wednesday 3 November 2011. The closing date for requests for further information relating to the contract documents is Thursday 28 October 2011. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
