Tender description
Government Procurement Service(GPS) is putting in place a Pan Government Framework Agreement for computer-based testing services at a network of testing centres (to include invigilation) and online testing for use by or on behalf of UK public sector bodies. The primary requirement to be called-off under the resultant Framework Agreement is that of the Driving Standards Agency(DSA, Great Britain) and the Driver & Vehicle Agency(DVA,Northern Ireland). The DSA and DVA require the delivery of a computer based testing services for candidates for the driving theory test in Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the certificate of professional competence for professional drivers, approved driving and riding instructors, the safe road user award and any other tests which may be required during the duration of the contract.
