Tender description

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is seeking to sell 12.92 acres (5.3 hectares) of surplus land at Heatherwood Hospital in Ascot and is seeking a partner to undertake this work on its behalf. The chosen partner will provide an initial report with costs, valuations, forecast incomes, anticipated outcomes and timings which take into account market conditions and risks, with a recommendation on how to achieve the most favourable outcome for the Trust. The partner will undertake and manage the marketing and disposal through to a satisfactory conclusion for the Trust and will provide a comprehensive final report to support a recommendation, including any need for overage, with advice on amounts and mechanism Marketing is to be structured in order that offers are received on a ‘subject to planning basis’ to comply with the requirements of NHS Estatecode and to provide flexibility of either committing to a sale early or deferring until planning is received.
